Aevua disclaims liability for carrier delays after a package departs from our facility.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Shipment confirmation emails include tracking numbers, which become active within 24 hours.
4. International Shipping
Shipping is available to a limited number of countries.
- Duties, Taxes, Customs: Customers bear responsibility for all customs fees, tariffs, taxes, and VAT.
- Refusal: Refused shipments result in customer responsibility for original shipping, import fees, and return costs, which are deducted from any refund.
5. Damages, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Aevua disclaims liability for damage or loss during shipping.

- Lost/Stolen: Aevua holds no responsibility for packages marked delivered. Signature-required shipping is recommended.

- P.O. Boxes are not accepted.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring address accuracy. Aevua holds no responsibility for incorrect addresses; re-shipping costs fall to the customer.
